Any luvPOMELO updates and promotional offers will only be shared with your via the email address you have provided.



  • Consumer Agreement

  • Buyer must read and acknowledge all of the following prior to purchase:

    (i) products shown on this website are samples and used for photography purposes only; buyers will receive brand new, never worn luvPOMELO creations; (ii) not all beads are the exact same as it shown in photos due to the naturally occuring nature of the stones; (iii) all product description including the type of materials used in the final luvPOMELO products; (iv) products crafted by luvPOMELO are not toys and are not suitable for children of any age; (v) small pieces may in time break off from surfaces or connectors and may pose a danger to children who could swallow them; and (vi) assume all responsibility of normal wear and tear of product through time and increased usage.

     



  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, luvPOMELO ships merchandise to locations within Canada and the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii.  luvPOMELO currently does not ship to other international locations at this time.  However, if you reside outside of Canada and the U.S. and would still like to purchase from luvPOMELO, please email us at info@pomelo.ca with the product name and your shipping location to receive a shipping quote for your international location. 

    All products are shipped using Canada Post. Insurance is included in all shipments but tracking is not.  Please allow 4-6 days for Canadian orders and 6-9 days for U.S. orders. Expect longer transit time during major holidays.

    The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.



  • International

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to U.S. orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. luvPOMELO is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.



  • Return Policy

  • For shipped Canadian orders: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the merchandise within 10 days from the first day the item is shipped.

    For shipped U.S. orders: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the merchandise within 14 days from the first day the item is shipped.

    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    For local pick-up orders: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please make arrangements to return the merchandise within 5 days from the first day the item is first picked-up.

    A full refund will be issued to the buyer provided the above Return Policy terms and conditions are met.



  • Store Hours

  • All products are shipped within 48 hours after the payment has been cleared.  If payment is cleared on a Friday or Saturday, please wait until the following Monday for shipping to occur.
